About Us

Mila has more than 20 years experience in accounting and tax preparation, and more than a decade of experience as a small business owner. In 2012, she launched LTD Tax and Accounting Services in Wake Forest, and as an entrepreneur herself, Mila understands the complex financial needs of small business owners, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll.

 Mila is certified as an Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the Internal Revenue Service awards. People with enrolled agent status are tax professionals who can represent taxpayers before the IRS on any tax-related matter including audits, payment and collection issues, and appeals.

A native of Moscow, Russia, Mila holds a master’s degree in International Corporate Reporting, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Analysis and Auditing, from the State University of Economics and Finance in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She has also earned certifications in Payroll and Tax Preparation from Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, N.C. 

Victoria has more than 17 years experience in accounting and tax preparation. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Analysis and Auditing, from the State University of Economics and Finance in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She has also completed the Fundamentals of Tax Preparation, a comprehensive U.S. income tax preparation program.
